Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 jar artichoke hearts
  • 50 g Parmesan, grated
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 5 macadamia nuts, salted, or nuts of your choice
  • 1 shot of balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Pate di Carciofi

Blend all ingredients with a hand blender until creamy. Serve with ciabatta or white bread and a good glass of red wine. Note: The higher quality the artichoke hearts and oil, the better. There are various suppliers and price ranges. They are best if they are marinated in olive oil. If you like a garlicky flavor, simply add one or two more cloves. The macadamia nuts are also not essential and can be substituted with other nuts as desired.
