Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g arugula
  • 200 g herb spread
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 150 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 50 g yogurt
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the arugula, shake dry, and roughly chop, reserving a little for garnish. Then puree the arugula, spread, and olive oil with a hand blender. Stir in the quark and yogurt. Season the dip with salt and pepper and garnish with the remaining arugula.
