Parmesan Cookies
The perfect Parmesan cookies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Freshly grated Parmesan
- Spices of your choice, e.g. E.g .: pepper + salt, curry, paprika, chili powder etc.
- Grate the Parmesan fresh.
- Preheat the oven to 150 degrees.
- Small “heaps” of cheese are placed on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and pressed flat so that thin surfaces are created [approx. 2 mm thick].
- Sprinkle with your choice of spices.
- Put the baking tray in the oven for about 5-8 minutes.
- Check regularly whether they are already brown. They should be golden brown, then they’re done and taste best !!! 🙂
