Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 4 tbsp organic yogurt
- 2 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dashes lemon juice or lime juice
- 2 pinch(s) salt, preferably Himalayan salt
- 1 pinch(s) black pepper, ground
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 30 g Parmesan or similar Italian hard cheese
- 1 tsp, levelled sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes
Puree all ingredients in a food processor or blender in a tall container. For best results, let the sauce rest in the refrigerator for 12-24 hours.
