Asian Kohlrabi Salad

The perfect asian kohlrabi salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 350 g 1 Kohlrabi / geputzt
  • 100 g 1 Möhre
  • 50 g Sugar snap
  • 1 tbsp Toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 the size of a walnut Ginger
  • 2 tbsp Light rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Liquid honey
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cream
  1. Peel the kohlrabi, first cut into slices and then into thin sticks (approx. 5 – 6 cm long). Peel the carrot with the peeler and cut into sticks (approx. 5 – 6 cm long). Clean / remove the threads from the snow peas, wash and cut in half at an angle. Peel the ginger and dice it finely. Put all the ingredients (kohlrabi sticks, carrot sticks, sugar pod halves, 1 tbsp roasted sesame, diced ginger, 2 tbsp light rice vinegar, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, 1 tbsp liquid honey, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce and 1 tbsp cream) in one Put in bowl and mix well. Allow to stand in the refrigerator for approx. 20 minutes until serving, mix well, divide into portion bowls and serve.
