- 2 kg asparagus, white
- 4 tbsp butter
- Salt
- Sugar

Asparagus cooked in aluminum foil
Preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan-assisted). Wash the asparagus, peel the stalks from top to bottom, and trim off the woody ends. Fold four large pieces of aluminum foil in half and arrange the asparagus on them. Season with salt and a little sugar, and top each with a tablespoon of butter. Seal the foil tightly into parcels and cook the asparagus in the center of the oven for 30-35 minutes.
