Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g sugar
  • 50 g cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 200 ml cream, fresh
  • 25 g butter
  • 2 tbsp syrup (vanilla)
  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

for ice cream and dessert

Combine sugar, cocoa powder, cream, and spices in a saucepan and cook for two minutes, stirring constantly. Let cool slightly, then stir in the butter and vanilla syrup. Serve lukewarm with ice cream.
