Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry from the refrigerated section
- 300 g chard
- 1 egg(s)
- 200 g cheese, grated (Emmental)
- 100 g ham, diced
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
with puff pastry
Blanch the chard and let it cool briefly. Then mix it with the egg, Emmental cheese, ham, salt, and pepper (be careful with the salt; puff pastry, ham, and cheese already contain a lot of salt). Spread the mixture onto the puff pastry and roll it up. Bake for about 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. If you like, you can brush the surface of the puff pastry with egg yolk beforehand.
