Asparagus, Tomato and Spelled Tagliatelle

The perfect asparagus, tomato and spelled tagliatelle recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 650 g Asparagus white fresh
  • 200 g Tomatoes
  • 2 Fresh shallots
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 1 shot White wine dry
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 50 g Garlic pepper from my KB
  • 50 g Gürzsalz from my KB
  • 50 g Telly cherry pepper
  • Parsley
  • 0,5 portion Spelled tagliatelle from my KB
  • 0,5 portion Another pasta 😉
  1. Peel the asparagus and cut into thin, slanted slices. Quarter the tomatoes, remove the stalk and dice. Peel shallots and garlic, dice shallots and finely grate the garlic. Wash and finely chop the parsley.
  2. Heat the butter in a pan and fry the asparagus with the shallot and garlic. Then add tomatoes and tomato paste, fry briefly. Deglaze with white wine and refine with cream. Then add the Parmesan and season with garlic pepper, seasoned salt and pepper.
  3. Fold in the tagliatelle and parsley! Serve & enjoy immediately! 🙂
