Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 jar aspic (pig’s head aspic) or homemade
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
  • 1 medium-sized onion(s), diced
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Whisk together the oil, vinegar, and mustard, add the onion, and season with salt and pepper. Now dice the aspic and mix it with the sauce. Serve with fried potatoes.
