Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 cans of corn (with the juice)
- 1 can kidney beans
- 200 g meat sausage
- 1 bell pepper(s), green
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 lemon(s)
- 3 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp mustard, hot
- Salt
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the green bell pepper, remove the core, and cut into small cubes. Cut the sausage into small cubes. Place both in a bowl with the corn and rinsed kidney beans. Mix the lemon juice, oil, hot mustard, chives, salt, and pepper to make a sauce and mix well with the other ingredients. Let the salad marinate for a while. It tastes great with grilled food and goes well with any salad buffet.
