Ingredients for 10 servings:
- 400 g salmon
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 2 limes
- e.g. chives
- e.g. olive oil
- e.g. salt and pepper
- 1 can of caviar
- 10 prawns, fresh
- Chili threads
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Cut the salmon and smoked salmon into very small pieces and mix in a bowl. Squeeze the limes and pour the juice over the fish. Finely chop the chives. Season with chives, olive oil, salt, and pepper to taste. Let stand for about 1 hour and adjust seasoning if desired. Peel the prawns. Divide the salmon into appetizer bowls and garnish with prawns, caviar, chives, and chili flakes, or, if desired, chili flakes.
