  • ¼ liter sour cream
  • 5 tbsp horseradish, freshly grated
  • 1 shot of vinegar
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • salt and pepper

Addition to cold platters

Mix the sliced ​​eggs with the sour cream. Add the horseradish, vinegar, and sugar, and season with salt and pepper. It goes wonderfully with ham or cold platters.
