Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled (at least 10 – 12 min.), finely chopped
- ¼ liter sour cream
- 5 tbsp horseradish, freshly grated
- 1 shot of vinegar
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Addition to cold platters
Mix the sliced eggs with the sour cream. Add the horseradish, vinegar, and sugar, and season with salt and pepper. It goes wonderfully with ham or cold platters.
