Autumn Cheese Salad

The perfect autumn cheese salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Gouda or Edam
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 5 Radish
  • 1 green Paprika
  • 1 size Pear
  • 100 g Seedless grapes white or rosé
  • 2 tbsp Grapeseed oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  1. Dice the cheese, peel the onion, cut in half and cut into strips, peel and dice the bell pepper, cut the radishes into sticks, peel and quarter the pear, remove the core and cut into slices, wash the grapes and cut in half.
  2. Put the ingredients in a bowl and season with oil, honey, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Finally add the parsley and arrange on plates.
