Autumn fruit salad with walnuts

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g grapes, light and blue, seedless
  • 250 g plums
  • 1 apple
  • 2 tbsp jelly (cranberry)
  • 100 ml Sherry, medium
  • 50 g walnuts, halves
  • 1 pear(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Cut the fruit into bite-sized pieces. Blend the jelly with the sherry until smooth. Mix this marinade with the fruit and let it sit for 30 minutes. Serve sprinkled with walnuts.
