Autumnal apple and orange jelly

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 ml apple juice
  • 250 ml orange juice
  • 0.33 vials of bitter almond flavor (8 ml vial)
  • 350 g sugar
  • 1 pack of Gelfix 1:2

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

Bring all ingredients to a boil in a saucepan and simmer gently for about 4 minutes. Then pour into jam jars and let them stand upside down for 15 minutes. This quantity is enough for 3 large jam jars. Preparation with the Thermomix: Place all ingredients in the Thermomix and mix for 3 seconds on speed 5. Cook for 14 minutes at 100°C on speed 2, then pour into jam jars.
