Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 avocado(s), ripe
- 2 bananas, ripe
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut and 1 tsp carob powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel and chop the avocado and bananas. Blend them together with the carob powder (ground carob pods, available at health food stores) and the coconut flakes.
