Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 ½ kg potatoes
- 1 kg leek
- 900 g smoked pork or cooked ham
- 2 tbsp oil
- salt and pepper
- 150 g cheese (Gouda), grated
- 175 ml milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Peel the potatoes and cut them into chip-sized sticks. Slice the leeks into rings and dice the smoked pork. Heat a roasting pan on the stovetop at maximum heat for about 8 minutes. Add the oil and briefly fry the potato sticks. Then sauté the leek rings, finally adding the smoked pork cubes. Mix with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the cheese over the potatoes, pour over the milk, and cook uncovered at 160-180°C for 60-70 minutes using fan-assisted cooking or at 190-210°C for 60-70 minutes using top/bottom heat.
