Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 avocados, ripe
- 3 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp yeast flakes
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- n. B. herbal salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Spread or dip
Halve the avocados. Remove the pit, scoop out the skin, and mash with a fork until smooth. Gradually add the remaining ingredients and mix until smooth and even. Refrigerate until ready to serve and cover with cling film, which should be on top to prevent the cream from curdling. It’s perfect on toasted bread or crackers, or as a dip for strips of vegetables.
