Avocado dip à la Gabi

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s), large, ripe
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 120 g cream cheese
  • 1 bunch of basil, the leaves
  • herbal salt
  • White pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Halve the avocado and remove the pit. Scoop the flesh from the skin and drizzle with lemon juice. Blend with the cream cheese in a blender until very smooth. Add the basil leaves to the blender and blend thoroughly. Pour the dip into a bowl and season generously with salt, pepper, and a little more lemon juice, if desired.
