Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g creamy goat’s cheese
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
  • 60 g olives, black, pitted, finely chopped
  • herbal salt
  • White pepper, freshly ground

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Blend goat’s cheese with cream cheese, crème fraîche, olive oil, and lime juice until creamy. Stir in the garlic clove, parsley, and olives. Season the dip with herb salt and pepper. Tip: Serve with crisp vegetables, roasted potatoes, or boiled potatoes.
