Halve the buttery avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh from the skin with a spoon. Then strain it through a sieve. Whisk the avocado pulp with the sugar until fluffy. Gradually whisk in the cream and brandy. A pinch of cayenne pepper gives the liqueur a slightly spicy flavor. Tip: Avocado liqueur is best enjoyed fresh. It loses color after prolonged storage. Keep refrigerated and shake well before enjoying.
