Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 avocado(s)
- 1 m.-sized pear(s)
- 200 g yogurt
- e.g. coconut blossom syrup
- 1 dashes lemon juice, zest if desired
- 2 tbsp almonds, chopped
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Wash, halve, and remove the pit. Chop the pear further if necessary. Blend the avocado, pear, and yogurt together and add a squeeze of lemon juice. Season to taste with coconut blossom syrup and a little lemon zest, if desired. Pour into glasses and garnish with chopped almonds.
