Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 onion(s), red
  • 2 tbsp cream
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 dashes lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

goes very well with grilled meat

Pit and peel the avocado. Dice the avocado flesh into small cubes and place in a bowl. Finely dice the red onion and add it. Add the cream, salt, pepper, and a squeeze of lemon juice and mix well. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
