Avocado-Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g spinach, fresh
  • 1 banana(s), ripe
  • 1 avocado(s)
  • Rice milk (rice drink) as needed
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Remove any tough stems from the spinach, roughly chop, and place in a bowl. Slice the banana and add it. Peel and roughly dice the avocado. Add it to the bowl. Blend all ingredients thoroughly. Add rice milk if desired. Ladle into glasses and garnish with chia seeds.
