Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 handful of vegetables (leafy greens), of your choice
- 1 handful of pineapple, frozen
- ½ avocado(s)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp Spirulina microalgae powder, organic
- 500 ml water
- 1 lemon slice(s)

delicious breakfast smoothie with endless vitamins
Wash the leafy greens and shake them briefly. Place the lettuce, pineapple, avocado, coconut oil, and spirulina powder in a blender and add water. Blend on high for 30 seconds until smooth. If you like, add some crushed ice. If it’s too creamy, add a little water, coconut water, or almond milk. Garnish with a lemon slice.
