Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 avocado(s)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 clove(s) garlic, squeezed
  • salt and pepper
  • lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash the flesh with a fork. Boil the eggs, finely chop them, and add them to the bowl. Then add the remaining ingredients, season with salt and pepper, chill, and serve. You can also add finely chopped onion, if desired.
