Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 avocado(s), ripe
- 1 small onion(s)
- herbal salt
- some lemon juice
- some capers, if desired
- pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Peel the avocado, remove the pit, chop the flesh into small pieces, and mash it with a fork. Squeeze a few drops of lemon juice over the avocado. Finely chop the onion and stir in. Season with herb salt and pepper. Add a few capers, if desired, and mix well again.
