Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 7 apples
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • e.g. milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel, core, and slice the apples. Boil in a pot with a little water until very soft, puree, add a little milk (it’s difficult to determine the amount, just test it), stir in the vanilla pudding mix with a whisk, and bring back to a boil. Caution! It burns easily! We serve it as a dessert or as a side dish with pancakes or potato pancakes. Delicious hot or cold.
