Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g milk
  • 50 g cereals, e.g. oat flakes, semolina etc.
  • 20 g fruit, e.g. apple, banana, mango

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Basic recipe

Peel, core, and puree the fruit. Stir in the milk, cereal, and fruit and bring to a boil until it reaches a mushy consistency.
