Baby porridge for in between meals – fruit/cereal

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g ripe fruit (apple, pear, peach, apricot…)
  • 20 g cereal flakes (millet, rice, spelt, etc.)
  • 140 ml water, boiled
  • 1 tsp rapeseed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the fruit, cut it into cubes, and steam it, then puree it. Heat the water to 50°C (or cool it, depending on your preference) and mix it with the flakes. Then add the pureed fruit and rapeseed oil and stir thoroughly. Check the temperature and feed. Bananas can be constipating, just like raw apples.
