  • 3 rusks (spelt rusks) organic
  • 100 ml water, boiled
  • ½ banana(s), organic
  • 1 tbsp carrot juice, organic
  • 1 tsp oil (baby food oil)

Instructions

Place the rusks in a bowl with hot water and let them soften. Add the carrot juice and oil. Add sliced ​​bananas, depending on the child’s appetite and age, and puree the whole thing. Tip: This porridge is ideal as a mid-morning or afternoon porridge. If your child isn’t full afterward, add 50g of pureed fruit (or an apple or pear) for dessert. Always use organic products.
