Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 baby leaf lettuce
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • n. B. Spice(s) according to your taste

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the baby leaf lettuce, shake dry, and halve lengthwise. Peel the carrot and finely grate it. Combine the vinegar and spices, then add the oil and whisk to combine. Arrange the salad on plates, sprinkle with grated carrots, and drizzle with the salad dressing.
