Bacon and Cream Mushrooms
The perfect bacon and cream mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 small Onion
- 100 g Bacon slices
- 200 g King oyster mushrooms
- 0,5 bunch Parsley
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 100 ml Whipped cream 10% fat
- Salt and pepper
- Finely dice the onion. Cut the bacon into thin strips. Clean the king oyster mushrooms (or mushrooms) and halve or quarter depending on the size. Roughly chop the parsley.
- Leave the bacon strips in a pan (add the oil if necessary). Add onions and mushrooms and fry vigorously.
- Deglaze with the whipped cream, reduce briefly, season with salt and pepper and fold in the parsley. And serve hot.
