Bacon and Cream Mushrooms

The perfect bacon and cream mushrooms recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 small Onion
  • 100 g Bacon slices
  • 200 g King oyster mushrooms
  • 0,5 bunch Parsley
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 100 ml Whipped cream 10% fat
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Finely dice the onion. Cut the bacon into thin strips. Clean the king oyster mushrooms (or mushrooms) and halve or quarter depending on the size. Roughly chop the parsley.
  2. Leave the bacon strips in a pan (add the oil if necessary). Add onions and mushrooms and fry vigorously.
  3. Deglaze with the whipped cream, reduce briefly, season with salt and pepper and fold in the parsley. And serve hot.
