Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 red chili pepper(s)
- 150 g cream cheese
- 100 ml cream
- ½ tsp mustard
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- 150 g bacon, sliced
- Salt
- 100 ml water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Halve the chili pepper, wash, and finely chop. Then mix with cream cheese, 100 ml water, cream, mustard, and lemon juice. Cut the bacon into strips and fry in a pan until crispy. Add to the dip. Season with salt, if desired. The dip goes well with grilled food, but also with vegetables and fondue, and as a sandwich topping.
