Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 375 g flour
- 20 g yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- 125 ml milk, lukewarm
- 1 egg(s)
- 50 g butter, liquid
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 ½ tbsp breadcrumbs
- 3 onions
- 125 ml crème fraîche
- 2 eggs
- 500 g bacon, diced
Instructions

Onion cake
Mix 2-3 tablespoons of flour with the yeast and sugar and let it rise for about 20 minutes. Then add the lukewarm milk, melted butter, salt, breadcrumbs, the remaining flour, and the egg. Once everything is well kneaded, roll it out on a greased baking sheet. For the topping: Slice the onions, sauté them with the bacon, and mix with the two eggs and crème fraîche. Spread everything on the rolled-out dough and bake for 30 minutes at 200°C. Serve with some new wine! Enjoy!
