Ingredients

  • 290 Size Wheat flour 550
  • 70 Size Wheat flour 1050
  • 240 Size Water, lukewarm
  • 1 packet Dry yeast
  • 7 Size Salt
  • 2 Size Baking malt

Instructions

  • Put all ingredients in a BBA and make a batter. Let something go in the machine. Then knead and shape baguettes. Preheat the oven to 230 ° C. Shape 3 small baguettes and let rise on a baguette tray for 30 minutes. Then bake for about 15 minutes. Take out of the oven and let cool down. The baguettes were just great. I can only recommend using baking malt for rolls, bread and baguettes. There is the typical good taste! Have fun copying et Bon Appetit!
