Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter of cream
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 125 ml spirit (pharmacy)
  • 2 bags of instant coffee powder (Nescafe iced coffee)

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Split the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds. Then simply whisk the seeds with the remaining ingredients and pour into prepared bottles. Tip: This Baileys is quick to make and also makes a great small gift.
