Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 24 ladyfingers
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 200 g whipped cream
- 9 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream
- 300 ml milk
- 1 pack of cream powder vanilla (paradise cream)

No extra egg or mascarpone! Quick to make, easy to prepare, tastes wonderfully light and fluffy
In a tall mixing bowl, briefly mix the milk and cream powder with the whisk of a mixer on the lowest speed, then beat on the highest speed for 3 minutes until creamy and add 4 tablespoons of Baileys. Whisk the cream until stiff peaks, while gradually adding the vanilla sugar. Fold about 3/4 into the Baileys cream. Now layer the mixture in dessert glasses or other glasses like tiramisu (it looks especially pretty in a glass): break the ladyfingers in half, drizzle with the remaining liqueur and place in the glasses, then add a layer of cream and so on until the cream is finally on top. Chill the glasses for at least 30 minutes. Spread the remaining cream over the Baileys cream, decorate as desired and serve.
