Baked Apple Rings
The perfect baked apple rings recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 6 Apples
- 150 gr Flour
- 150 gr Powdered sugar and something to dust
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Cinammon
- 0,5 packet Baking powder
- 2 cups Cooking oil
- 50 ml Milk
- Work the flour, powdered sugar, eggs, cinnamon, baking powder and milk into a dough. The dough shouldn’t be too thick.
- Peel the apples. Cut each apple into 3-4 slices. Remove the stones in the middle of the apple ring.
- Heat the cooking oil in a pan. Dip the apple rings in the batter and place in the heated pan and fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on a plate. When all the apple rings are used up, place them on a serving platter and dust with powdered sugar.
- Serve warm or cold. This goes well with vanilla ice cream, cream or vanilla sauce
