Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 7 apples
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- ½ tbsp cinnamon
- 1 egg(s)
- 1 shot of rum
- 40 g powdered sugar
- 120 g flour
- ½ liter of milk
- oil
- Powdered sugar for dusting

Mix the flour with egg, powdered sugar, cinnamon, and enough milk to make a thick pancake batter. Peel and core the apples, cut them into wedges, and drizzle with lemon juice and rum. Dip the apples into the batter and fry in hot oil in a pan. Drain on kitchen paper and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Vanilla pudding makes a good accompaniment.
