Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 apples
- 2 tbsp jam (rosehip jam)
- 2 tbsp curd
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tsp honey
- some cinnamon
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- possibly nuts
- possibly raisins
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Wash the apples and core them. Mix the rosehip jam, quark, egg yolks, cinnamon, honey, and lemon juice together and fill the apples. Bake at 220°C for about 30 minutes. Tip: You can also add raisins or nuts to the filling.
