Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 8 apricots
- 50 g flour
- 50 g medium-fine oat flakes
- 50 g brown sugar
- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 80 g butter, soft
- some powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Wash, halve, and pit the apricots. Arrange in 4 gratin dishes. Mix the flour with the oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Knead in the butter with a fork until no fat remains. Spread the crumble topping evenly over the fruit. Bake for 15-20 minutes on the middle shelf. (Gas Mark 3). Dust lightly with powdered sugar and serve warm or cooled. Tip: If the apricots aren’t very aromatic, drizzle each half with a little smooth apricot jam (perhaps with a liqueur).
