Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 cauliflower
- 100 g butter
- 125 ml cream
- 3 tbsp Parmesan
- some herbal salt
- some curry
- some pepper

Preheat oven to 180°C. Cook the cauliflower in a little salted water for about 10-15 minutes. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the butter, cream, Parmesan cheese, and seasonings to make a creamy sauce. Place the cauliflower in a greased casserole dish, pour the sauce over it, and bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Potatoes go wonderfully with it. Perhaps a dollop of wild garlic pesto and some pickled feta cheese – for me, that rounded it off perfectly.
