Baked Cheese and Bacon Eggs

The perfect baked cheese and bacon eggs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 100 g Bacon slices
  • 200 g Grated Emmental
  • 4 Eggs (L)
  • 200 g Sour cream 10% fat
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 1 pinch Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 1 pinch Garlic pepper asu my KB
  • 1 pinch Freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1 pinch Telly cherry pepper
  • Chives rings

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees!

  1. Place the bacon in 2-4 small casserole dishes and fry in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes until crispy. Then sprinkle with half of the cheese! Then beat in eggs one by one
  2. Mix the sour cream with the mustard, seasoned salt, garlic pepper, nutmeg and pepper and spread over the beaten eggs. Then sprinkle with the rest of the cheese! Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes! Depending on the softness of the egg ….
  3. Then cool briefly and sprinkle with chives! There was also fresh bread!
