  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 4 peach(s) (halves) from the can
  • 2 balls of mozzarella
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • n. B. Oil

Instructions

Wash the chicken breasts, pat dry, and season with salt and pepper. Brown them on both sides in hot oil. Then place them in a baking dish. Cut the peaches into thin wedges and arrange them on top of the chicken. Dust with paprika. Then arrange the sliced ​​mozzarella on top and bake the whole thing in the oven at 150°C for 15-20 minutes. Serve with basmati rice or croquettes.
