Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 500 g chickpeas, cooked or from the can, drained
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp vegetable broth, instant
- Salt
- 1 pinch(s) of turmeric
- 1 pinch(s) paprika powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the well-drained chickpeas with the remaining ingredients. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for approximately 1 hour. Check the oven frequently during the last 15 minutes, as the chickpeas will turn black very quickly.
