Baked Ham and Pasta Snails

The perfect baked ham and pasta snails recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 role Finished pasta dough / 500g
  • 20 Discs Juniper ham
  • 2 Pck Sliced ​​cheese

Sauce:

  • 400 ml Creme fine
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg, garlic pepper

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees!

  1. Roll out the pasta dough. Cut the ham into strips and pluck the cheese! First distribute the ham on the roll and then the cheese! Roll from the long side carefully, roll together tightly!
  2. Cut the roll into 3cm thick slices. Not quite as high as the baking dish! Put the rolls in the mold! I used several small shapes. Then you could distribute them nicely on the table!

Sauce:

  2. Bake the casserole for about 40 minutes!
