Ingredients

  • 1 roll Finished pasta dough / 500g
  • 20 slices Juniper ham
  • 2 packet Sliced cheese

Sauce:

  • 400 ml Creme fine
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 200 ml Milk
  • 3 Eggs
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg, garlic pepper

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees!

  • Roll out the pasta dough. Cut the ham into strips and pluck the cheese! First distribute the ham on the roll and then the cheese! Roll from the long side carefully, roll together tightly!
  • Cut the roll into 3cm thick slices. Not quite as high as the baking dish! Put the rolls in the mold! I used several small shapes. Then you could distribute them nicely on the table!

Sauce:

  • Whisk together the cream fine, sour cream, milk, eggs and spices with a blender and pour over the rolls!
  • Bake the casserole for about 40 minutes!
