Baked Ham Pancakes

sauce

  • 20 g Butter
  • 15 g Flour
  • 175 ml Milk
  • 40 g Grated Gouda
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • Black pepper from the mill

  1. Mix the ingredients for the pancake into a smooth batter and let it soak for about half an hour.
