Pancakes with Ham …
The perfect pancakes with ham … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
For the pancake batter:
- 250 ml Milk
- 4 Eggs
- 160 g Flour
- 1 pinch Salt
Aside from that:
- 4 Discs Bacon
- 100 g Ham cubes – lean
- 50 g Branded butter
- 1 kl. bunch Chopped parsley
- Mix the ingredients into a pancake batter and let it rest for about 30 minutes to soak.
- During this time, fry the bacon slices in a dry pan until they are golden brown. Place on paper towels and let the fat drain off.
- In the still hot pan, fry the ham cubes lightly and mix them with the pancake batter when they have cooled down a little.
- Put some butter in the pan and gradually bake golden yellow pancakes in it. Keep these warm until all the batter is used up.
- Place a piece of bacon on each pancake and serve sprinkled with parsley. We like to have a fresh salad with it, which has cooled down refreshingly in the refrigerator before the marinade is drizzled over it. A delicious dish for hot summer days!
